Mayar Foundation for Development Distributes School Bags and Supplies to 1,252 Students in Abyan and Shabwah Governorates

As part of its ongoing efforts to support education and enhance learning opportunities, Mayar Foundation for Development has distributed school bags and supplies to 1,252 male and female students in Abyan and Shabwah governorates.

This initiative falls under the Project to Increase Access to Education and Improve Its Quality in Lawdar District (Abyan) and Bayhan District (Shabwah), aiming to support students in these rural areas. The bags were fully equipped with all necessary school supplies.

In a statement, Mr. Ayman Al-Ahdal, President of Mayar Foundation for Development, said:
“We strive to improve the educational conditions for these students, especially in areas that are severely affected. We hope these school bags will encourage students to return to school and improve their academic performance.”

This initiative was widely welcomed by parents and the local community, with many expressing their gratitude and appreciation to Mayar Foundation for this meaningful gesture.

Mayar Foundation continues to implement its educational and development projects and calls on all stakeholders to contribute to supporting education in Yemen.
